Restoration, not transformation
Good filler work is invisible — under-eye hollows that stop reading as exhaustion, lips restored to their own former shape, a jawline given back its line. Dr Akansha works conservatively by conviction: small volumes, natural planes, and a standing offer to add more later rather than dissolve regret.
We stock two ranges: Korean fillers (₹15,000/ml, ideal for under-eyes and lips, lasting six to eight months) and premium Galderma (₹28,000/ml, denser support lasting up to eighteen months). Which one, and how much, is a consultation decision — never a menu order.

Will it look natural?
That is the entire brief here. Our default is to under-fill and review at two weeks; you can always add, you can’t easily un-see overfilled.
Korean or Galderma — how do I choose?
Delicate areas and shorter commitment → Korean. Structural work and longevity → Galderma. Price difference reflects density and duration, not safety — both are fully certified.
Is filler reversible?
HA fillers dissolve with hyaluronidase if ever needed — one of the reasons we work exclusively with hyaluronic acid.
